Juvederm™ Treatment

Juvederm treatment is a non-surgical service performed by Dr. Prasad.  It may be used to enhance the contour of eyelids that have experienced “hollowing.”  Hollowing can occur in either the upper eyelid or lower eyelid.  Juvederm treatments will restore the eyelid shape and create a rejuvenated appearance. Juvederm treatments are also used to fill in facial wrinkles and folds and sometimes to bring fullness to lips.  Juvederm treatments take approximately a half hour and give instantaneous results.  Results last up to six months or longer.  We recommend follow-up Juvederm treatments every six months.

Juvederm™ Filler

Juvederm filler is injected into the mid to deep dermis of stubborn lines and wrinkles around the face.  Juvederm filler is composed of hyaluronic acid which is a natural substance that already exists in the human body.  It is what gives the skin fullness.  Juvederm treatments consist of injections of Juvederm filler to restore the natural volume of skin that has decreased with age from sun damage.
